LEAP – Muslim Professional development Programme

Do you want to strengthen your connection with Allah ﷻ and make a meaningful impact at work and in your community?
Are you looking to build real connections with like-minded Muslims who are serving the Ummah and striving to leave a legacy?
LEAP is a transformative 9-month Muslim Professional Development Programme designed for working Muslim professionals from all sectors. Whether you work in education, healthcare, finance, tech, or the third sector, this programme equips you to lead with purpose, authenticity, and faith.
What Makes LEAP Unique?
- Faith centred personal and professional development – Delivered by qualified scholars and experienced facilitators, LEAP offers a balanced and contextualised understanding of Islam — helping you strengthen your deen while building the mindset and skills of a values-based leader.
- Fortnightly Hybrid Sessions (September–July) – Join us on Wednesday evenings, 6–8pm at a central London venue. All sessions are hybrid, so if you can’t attend in person, you’ll still receive the recording and session slides after each class.
- Prophetic Leadership Retreat – Experience a powerful weekend retreat focused on the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. This is an opportunity to reflect, reset, and connect with like-minded peers through workshops and adventure.
- Brecon Beacons Hike – There is no greater opportunity to develop your leadership potential than being outdoors, navigating the physical challenge of a hike by developing teamwork, resilience and problem-solving.
- An International Challenge – End your LEAP journey with an unforgettable overseas challenge: explore history, food, and culture while raising funds for a legacy charity project.
Why Join LEAP?
Not every leader stands at a podium — but every believer is called to lead: in their character, in their choices, and in how they serve others.
If you’re longing to deepen your relationship with Allah ﷻ, to live with greater purpose, and to surround yourself with a community of like-minded Muslims on the same path, LEAP was developed for you.
This is more than just a leadership programme.
It’s a journey of the heart, mind, and soul.
With the enormous success of our first cohort in 2024/25, demand for LEAP has been incredible.
Spaces are limited and offered on a first come, first serve basis.
